Importance of Data Collecting against Normalizing Hate Crimes

“Preventing and Recompensing Hate Crimes”, book prepared by Kaos GL Association, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights made its second edition.

The publication has eight chapters and starts with key concepts and arguments about hate crimes. It includes discussions about the difference of crimes committed with a hateful motivation and hate crime laws.

The book covers information about hate crime indicators, police’s role, enforcement of laws, CSO’s relations with the police and police trainings.
