http://www.ctl-tr.net/ is a database for freedom of expression cases. CTL stands for “current trial library” and it provides the observation of freedom of expression cases in Turkey. Everyone can search who is being tried, why, what sort of a sentence is demanded, in which phase the case is, what is the sentence. Using the ‘Search’ or ‘Detailed Search’ buttons, everyone can access information about the ‘accused’ or ‘any article of any code’ -or any other criteria- easily.

There are nine different trial subjects on the main page. The database consists of 148 media, 29 cybercrime, 61 defamation, 2 police violence, 30 meeting and demonstration, 3 alienating the public from military service, 3 civil disobedience and one advocacy cases. There are also 12 cases branded as terrorism and a trial calendar.
